The fabric
220 GSM combed cotton as standard, 240 GSM where you want more structure. Oversized drop-shoulder cut, ribbed collar, sizes XS to XXL mixed freely across your order at no extra cost.
The print
Screen print for flat colour and large runs, DTF for photographic or many-colour artwork. Front print is in the rate. Back, sleeve and embroidery are add-ons priced in the builder above.
The order
Send artwork as vector or 300 DPI PNG. We return a digital mockup, then a physical sample on runs over 100. Fifty per cent to start production, the balance before dispatch.

Send the brief
Quantity, product, artwork, and the date you need it by. Rough numbers are fine at this stage.

Mockup and quote
You get a digital mockup on the actual garment and a firm rate within one working day.

Sample and sign-off
Runs over 100 get a physical sample couriered out. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.

Production and dispatch
Cut, printed, checked piece by piece, folded, bagged, and shipped as one consignment.

Before you ask
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Sizes, yes — XS to XXL in any split, at no extra cost. Colours count separately: each colourway needs to hit 25 pieces of its own, because the print screens are set per colour.
What if I don't have artwork ready?
Send a reference, a rough sketch, or just the idea. We design in-house and the first two concepts are included on orders over 100 pieces.
Can you deliver faster than 12 days?
Sometimes. Rush production runs about 15 per cent over the quoted rate and depends on what's already in the queue, so ask before you promise a date to anyone.
What happens if a piece comes out wrong?
Every piece is checked before it's bagged. Anything that fails — misprint, fabric fault, wrong size — is replaced or refunded, no argument. That's the Don't Fade promise applied to your name too.
Do you print on garments I supply?
No. We only print on our own stock, because we can only stand behind fabric we've sourced ourselves.
